If you wish to have the product returned without repair, select the option "Return Without Repair" when responding to the cost estimate through the link you received.
Important to note
When choosing return without repair, handling fees as well as two-way shipping costs will apply. These costs will be invoiced, and the invoice will be sent by email 2–3 days after the case has been closed.
